We offer a 100% refund by SgVeganMarket points on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just follow the steps below:

  • Contact [email protected] first before sending the product back to us
  • After we understand your situation, we will liaise with the seller(s) of
  • Then simply ship the product back to us together with your receipt (a print out of your email order confirmation) to the return address provided to you.
  • Please keep in mind that if you are returning a beauty or personal care item, it cannot be opened, used, or damaged.
  • Please also note that you will be required to cover the shipping cost of the return.

What’s the process once I send the return?

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and issue a full refund by SgVeganMarket points.
  • Please keep in mind that shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for the points to be reflected in your account.

$6.95 fee applies for Post Office Drop-off (Cheapest Option); courier pickup costs extra. See respective Post Office for details.


What can I return or exchange and when?

If you change your mind on an item, you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please see returns policy here for further details and return conditions. 

Please note all return items are reviewed upon processing to ensure they meet the return conditions listed in the policy. Goods that do not match return conditions will be returned to the customer.


How do I exchange an item?

Online exchange  You can exchange your item for one of a different size or colour by sending it back and requesting an exchange. There will, however, be extra shipping and handling fees. If the item you’re exchanging it for is of a higher value, you will also be charged the difference.


All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If customers don’t want the items any more, customers may ask return within 30 days after receiving package. If customers open the product, we don’t accept customer’s return request. Product must be original packed and unused

Customers are required to pay shipping cost for return. After we receive and check the returned product, we refund amount by SgVeganMarket points.

For example if your item was delivered to you on November 1st, you must ship it back by November 30th.

Upon customers request, SgVeganMarket investigate the cases and make replacement or refund.

If your order does not arrive due to factors within your control such as providing the wrong shipping address, we do not issue the refund
