No, there is no mobile power bank in the backpack. You need to use your own mobile power bank.

How do i charge my mobile phone?

There are 2 steps required – (1) install the USB data cable (FREE) and connect your own power bank, (2) connect the external charging cable with your mobile phone

Why my bag does not glow in the dark?

As the bag you have just received is in a dark environment for a long time (inside packaging), the luminous energy has been exhausted. Please allow the bad to absorb light in the day about 10-20 minutes (e.g. in front of a lamp) and you can see the fluorescent effect in the dark that could glow for about 5-7 hours.

How to make the glow effect more obvious?

Allow the bag to absorb light longer (e.g. place in front of a lamp). The longer the bag absorb light, the higher the intensity and effect will be more obvious.

Glow in the dark feature is cool. Suitable for my 11-year-old son. It’s comfortable while wearing it on the shoulder. It has a large room inside, suitable for his mac book laptop, books, bottle, and clothes. There is a USB portable charger on the right side of the bag so you can charge your phone easily. It also waterproof and well made, the zippers are sturdy. We are very happy with the service and product.

My 12-year-old loves it. He says he can fit a lot into the backpack because it has two separate areas with a divider and the side pouches are big enough for his Water bottle. He’s able to put his phone in the front pocket which he says is also roomy enough for his pens and pencils and a notepad. We haven’t use the lock or the charger yet but I’m sure we will especially when he is in middle school.

My 9yr old loves this bookbag. Seems durable like it can take a few tosses to the floor after coming home from school. Somewhat spacious. The directions to set your own code for the lock are VERY unclear to me and I cant seem to get it to work. I like the little USB spot. Will be nice to charge a tablet once I get a power bank for it. It does glow in the dark once you hold it to a lamp for a bit.

My kid was very excited to have this school backpack, It’s big enough to fit all his school materials, The charge port and the pencil case seem to be really good quality. It also comes with a combo lock, which is nice since you want to protect your belongings The backpack is waterproof. Today it’s raining, he walked in the rain for about 40 minutes with his umbrella. When he got home and checked the inside and it was dry. He absolutely loves the bag.

This backpack was bought for my son as a gift per his request. He's almost 8. The bag is very sturdy and feels like great quality material. You do need to read the description as the bag does not charge to light up as we thought it did, it glows in the dark. I'm not sure why he would need a bag that glows in the dark as school is during the day but he's still happy with it so I'm happy. It has a nice little secret pocket to put the wire for a phone but it appears it's for a small speaker to amplify music. Really awesome for an older kid or someone that loves music. I will update later in the school year if there's anything to note.
